Ray and his crew did an excellent job catering our wedding. We know that it was not easy for them to come to a remote location and feed 120 people, but they pulled it off. Ray worked with us well in advance to create a delicious menu. Our experience at the tasting in his kitchen was professional yet relaxed. He checked in with us regularly as the wedding grew closer and helped problem solve as we experienced the inevitable wedding related issues. Ray is incredibly experienced and has a calm demeanor.
